Clay MacOmber

Clay Macomber is an experienced professional with a robust background in scientific research and education. Currently serving as the Innovation Manager at FLSmidth since 2018, Clay has previously held significant roles such as Characterization Laboratory Manager and Consultant at Global Solar Energy, Research Scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and Research Technologist at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Clay began a career in education as a Physics and Calculus Teacher at Parker High School, contributing to the Colorado River Indian Tribes and surrounding communities from 1995 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Eastern Washington University.
