Cyril Leung has over 33 years of global work experience across North America, Europe, and Asia, specializing in leadership development and coaching with a strong emphasis on integrity and respect for individuals. Cyril held positions as General Manager at IBM Canada and then IBM Engineering Technology Co. Ltd., followed by a role as Managing Director at IDEX China. Cyril served as General Manager at Navion Software from March 2001 to February 2003 and progressed to Senior Partner at MindSpan Development from October 2012 to May 2014. Currently, Cyril is the Country Head for China at FLSmidth, having previously been the Managing Director for China at Weir Group PLC.
