Francois de Bruyn

Francois de Bruyn is currently serving as the Senior People Experience & Labour Relations Partner for Africa and Saudi Arabia at FLSmidth, where they focus on industrial relations support and driving employee experience initiatives. Previously, they held various roles including Employee Relations, Transformation & Wellness Specialist at Denel Aeronautics and Employee Relations Specialist at OBARO, where they managed employment relations and represented the company in labor matters. Francois has also acted as a Human Resource Business Partner Manager and gained foundational HR experience at Pretoria Metal Pressings. They hold an Honours degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Sociology and Labour Studies from the University of Pretoria.
