Jarkko Aro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, logistics, and business transformation within diverse industries. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement (interim) and Business Owner for global mining industry transformation at FLSmidth, Jarkko has also held significant roles, including Head of Service Business Line at FLS Cement and Board Member for various startups such as ConexBird and LullaMe. Notably, Jarkko played a crucial role in the integration of entities at Alma Career Oy, driving a public profit warning for Alma Group, and led the customer logistics operations at HMD Global Oy during its rapid growth phase to unicorn status.
