Johan Lagrelius

Johan Lagrelius is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global rewards, compensation, and benefits strategy. Currently serving as Head of Global Rewards & People Analytics at FLSmidth since June 2023, Johan previously held key roles at Nilfisk, where responsibilities included managing annual bonuses, long-term incentive programs, and operational HR & payroll for the Nordics, while being a member of the HR Leadership Team. Prior experience includes positions at Brdr. Hartmann A/S as Group HR Manager and HR Compensation & Benefit Manager, where duties spanned HR compliance, remuneration policies, and international position evaluation systems. Johan's career also includes earlier roles at Deloitte People Solutions and GfK, showcasing expertise in HR operations and project management. Johan holds a Master's degree in Business Studies & Psychology from Roskilde University and has completed a supplementary Master's course in Labour Law at the University of Copenhagen.
