Lester Nottle

Lester Nottle is a Global Training Advisor at FLSmidth, where they provide support and guidance in the design and development of technical training programs for global regions. Previously, Lester worked as a Training Specialist at Rio Tinto Aluminium and Rio Tinto from 2005 to 2013, developing and delivering internal global training in maintenance management and reliability engineering. In 2022, they held the role of Technical Training Manager at FLSmidth, overseeing the management and delivery of training for minerals and cement processing equipment across various regions. Lester earned a Diploma of Training Management from Central Queensland TAFE in 2003.
