Lucy England

Lucy England is an accomplished professional in the mining and minerals processing industry, currently serving as the Head of Innovation and MissionZero at FLSmidth since January 2017. In this role, Lucy focuses on developing solutions aimed at achieving zero water waste, zero emissions, and zero energy waste by 2030. Previously, Lucy held various roles at FLSmidth, including Capital and Project Sales Manager for Northern Europe, and has experience as General Manager and Head of Sales for the UK division at IHC IQIP. Additional roles include leading sales teams at Tenova and overseeing product management at Metalysis. Lucy holds dual degrees in Minerals Engineering from Camborne School of Mines and University of Exeter, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and is also an Advisory Council Member at IOM3.
