Michael Duricko

Michael Duricko has extensive experience in the legal and corporate sector, having held various leadership positions at FLSmidth and Nationwide Insurance Company. Michael has served as the SVP and Head of Non-Core Activities Business Segment, VP and Head of (M&A) Integration Management, VP and Head of Wear Solutions, Performance Parts & Consumables, VP and Head of Industry Strategy & Business (Corporate) Development, General Manager of Global M&A, and Assistant General Counsel. Duricko has also completed the General Management Program at CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau, holds a J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
