Currently serving as Governance & Audits Manager at FLSmidth since November 2018, Michael has previously held the role of Head of Sales - North America at Allgaier Process Technology, Inc., and has had a significant tenure at FLSmidth in various leadership positions, including Global Director of the Project Management Office. Michael's career also includes serving as Vice President and Manager of Estimating & Proposals at Roberts & Schaefer Company, where strategic development and standardization of proposal processes were key contributions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming and has furthered education at Henley Business School, University of Reading.
