Phil Sledge

Phil Sledge is an experienced professional in the mining and equipment industry, currently serving as the Regional Service Line Manager for Screening NAMER at FLSmidth since March 2019. Phil has held key positions within FLSmidth, offering mechanical, technical, and operational support to enhance efficiencies in the screening process. With a career spanning over three decades, Phil has also served as General Manager of Sledge Enterprises, LLC, and held leadership roles at Maccaferri Mining and Contech Engineered Solutions, focusing on business development and market management. Phil's technical expertise extends from his early roles as a Journeyman Mechanic at Magma Copper Company to various management positions overseeing maintenance, sales, and project development. Notably, Phil has a strong educational background with certifications in mineral processing and civil engineering from institutions such as Colorado School of Mines and Contech University.
