Rohit Gupta currently serves as the Head of India Manufacturing Operations at FLSmidth since December 2023. Prior to this, Rohit was the Chief Operating Officer at XCMG India Manufacturing from October 2021 to November 2023 and held various leadership roles at JCB India Ltd. from August 2013 to September 2021, including Business & Plant Head in Pune and Plant & Project Head in Vadodara. Rohit's extensive experience in manufacturing operations spans positions at companies such as Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Everest Industrial Company, Renault Nissan Technical & Business Centre, and Maruti Udyog Limited. Rohit holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and completed senior management courses at XLRI Jamshedpur and the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
