Simon Nardo

Simon Nardo is a highly motivated Operations Engineering Manager with decades of experience in driving results across diverse industries including Aviation, Automotive, Agriculture, and FMCG. They have held key positions such as Group Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain Manager at TMA Group of Companies Limited and Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering at Masson Manufacturing. Currently, Simon serves as the Head of Manufacturing Operations at FLSmidth, managing critical manufacturing operations and leading teams in CNC machining, fabrication, and quality engineering. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from RMIT University, and is pursuing a Masters of Project Management at the same institution.
