Stephen Harrington

Stephen Harrington is currently the General Counsel and Head of IP and Compliance, Corporate SVP at FLSmidth Group Management. They began their career as a Field Service Engineer at FLSmidth from 1990 to 1994 and later held various roles, including Corporate Counsel and Sales Engineer. From 2007 to 2025, they served as VP and General Counsel for the AMER and APAC regions at FLSmidth Inc. Harrington practiced as a Bankruptcy Lawyer at Curtin & Heefner, LLP between 2000 and 2004. They hold a BA in History/East Asian Studies from Lafayette College and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, as well as a certificate in Business Administration from Henley Business School, with ongoing studies at Lafayette College.
