Tom Edel

Tom Edel has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in project management and execution within the fields of pneumatic conveying systems and equipment manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at FLSmidth since July 2006, Tom has successfully planned and coordinated engineering projects valued between $1 million and $15 million. Previous roles at FLSmidth include executing significant contracts on time and under budget, as well as developing proposals for equipment supply. Prior experience includes a tenure at Reading Bakery Systems as a Project Manager, where Tom managed multi-million-dollar projects, and as a Project Engineer, contributing to innovative equipment designs. Tom's career began at SKF Group as an Application Engineer, providing solutions in product application and installation. Tom holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
