Karen D. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karen is currently working at Flueid as a Sr. Technical Project & Program Manager since January 2021.

Before that, Karen worked at Xome from November 2016 to January 2021, where they held multiple roles. Their primary position was as a Principal IT Project Manager, overseeing various IT projects. Karen also served as an Infrastructure Project Manager, leading the Infra PM team and handling Infra Portfolio Management efforts. During their tenure, they were involved in a reverse migration project from third-party IT services to an in-house data center, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. Karen also executed enterprise cloud solutions, coordinating cloud to cloud migrations for cross-functional teams.

Prior to joining Xome, Karen worked at Verus, Inc. as a Director of Enterprise Solutions for a year from May 2006 to June 2007. Karen gained project management experience at Emdeon as a Project Manager III from October 2002 to May 2006.

Karen started their career at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US as a Software Analyst in the Release Team from November 2000 to September 2002. Karen also worked as a Sero-surveillance Researcher/ Epidemiologist at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment from January 1999 to July 2000.

Karen D. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services Organizational and Policy from Wichita State University.
