Maarten Fledderus

Maarten Fledderus has extensive experience in the lighting industry, specifically in business development and sales operations. Maarten has held various roles at Traxon Technologies, an OSRAM company, and its subsidiaries. From 2005 to 2008, they served as an International Partner Manager at Traxon Technologies Europe. Maarten then joined Traxon Technologies EU BV as a Regional Manager in 2008, before transitioning to roles as Business Development Manager for Northern Europe, Southern Europe, and eventually the Benelux region. In 2012, Maarten became the European Key Account Director Retail for Traxon Technologies EU GmbH, which is part of the SIEMENS group. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Business Development Director Solutions for the South and West Europe region. Maarten then became the Head of Lighting Solutions Benelux at OSRAM in 2015, leading a project team focused on luminaires and total lighting and control solutions. Most recently, Maarten has been the Sales Operations Director EMEA at Fluence Bioengineering, in partnership with Signify.

Maarten Fledderus attended the OSRAM Academy in 2014, where they studied Essentials of Leadership. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2005.
