Theo Tekstra

Theo Tekstra is a seasoned business development manager at Fluence, specializing in horticultural lighting since 2009. With a career spanning from the IT and professional training industries since 1986, they have held various roles, including marketing communications officer and consultant. Notably, Theo became an e-learning specialist in 1998, delivering projects for major companies such as Nokia and T-Mobile. Their extensive experience includes roles as marketing manager at both Gavita Netherlands and Gavita International, where they helped establish market leadership in horticultural lighting.
