Ana A.

Ana A. has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing roles. Ana is currently working as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Fluence, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, they were the Director of Quality Assurance at AES Energy Storage, where they played a key role in building the Quality Assurance Department for the Energy Storage Side. Ana also has experience as a QA Manager at DNS from 2011 to 2016. Before that, Ana A. worked as a Senior QA Engineer at 2020 Company, LLC and Méttier, Ltd. In these roles, they led testing activities, provided documentation and execution, and introduced new testing processes and procedures. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Analyst at Hewitt Associates and a Pricing Analyst at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. In their early career, Ana A. worked as a Site Consultant at Instructional Computing Sites (ICS), where they provided technical assistance and developed testing procedures.

Ana A. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Math & Computer Science with a minor in Women's Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003. Later, in 2015, they earned a Master of Science in Computer Forensics from George Mason University.
