Lex May

Lex May, CPA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investor relations and corporate finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations at Fluence, Lex has previously held several key roles in the company, including Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes managerial positions in investor relations and corporate development at Transocean and a senior analyst role in corporate finance at LyondellBasell. Lex's career began at PwC as an Associate and later at Weaver in Transaction Advisory Services. Academically, Lex holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Global Strategy from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University.
