Mark Kramer

Mark Kramer is a seasoned Demand Planning Specialist with extensive experience in global demand planning and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Demand Planning Specialist IV at Fluence since February 2022, Mark leads monthly demand reviews, manages the global S&OP demand planning process, and implements best practices in forecasting and inventory strategies. Previously, as a Demand Planner at Pandora, Mark collaborated with various teams to optimize forecasts and ensure alignment with business initiatives. Mark's background also includes a Senior Demand Planner role at Emerson Automation Solutions, where Mark executed statistical forecasts and facilitated training processes. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
