Michael Erb

Michael Erb has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Michael served as Vice President of Procurement & Logistics at Fluence, where they managed global sourcing strategies for key categories with a spend of over $1 billion. Michael also developed global logistics and supply chain plans to support the company's hyper growth. Prior to that, Michael was Vice President of Global Project Management at LEDVANCE, where they directed a team of senior project managers and successfully managed numerous product introduction projects. Michael also served as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, leading a global team and ensuring compliance with government guidelines and regulations. Earlier in their career, Michael held various roles at OSRAM, including Senior Director of Procurement, overseeing $800M+ in spend and driving operational turnarounds.

Michael Erb has a Diploma (Master) in Engineering and Business Administration from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences. Michael also has completed a program in Organizational Leadership from Hult Ashridge and attended the Business Management Institute at Cornell University.
