Sonya Johnson

Sonya Johnson has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Sonya is currently working as a Lead Technical Project Manager at Fluence since May 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at NRG Energy from June 2019 to September 2022, where they served as a Scrum Master, providing support to the team using Agile/Scrum practices and values. Before that, they held various roles at BP from March 2016 to December 2018, including Project Manager Scrum Master and Sr. Business Analyst, where they facilitated sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions. Sonya also worked as a Business Analyst at BP from July 2008 to April 2012, engaging with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements.
