Thomas Winter

Thomas (TJ) Winter has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas (TJ) started their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Product Engineer in 2001 and later became a Senior Technology Development Engineer. In 2011, they joined AOL as a Manager, Business Process Improvement/Audit, and then transitioned to become a Senior Product Manager. In 2014, they joined The AES Corporation as a Product Manager, Energy Storage, where they worked until 2017. Thomas (TJ) then joined Fluence in 2018 as a Senior Product Manager and was later promoted to the role of Senior Director of Product Management. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Vice President, Strategic Technologies at Fluence and was responsible for innovation adoption and technology scouting. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, New Customer Solutions at Fluence.

Thomas (TJ) Winter completed an MBA at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Thomas (TJ) also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rice University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
