Vidhya Sagar Devendran is a Principal Grid Connection Engineer at AEMO, currently focusing on power quality studies, voltage control strategies, and frequency control ancillary services. With extensive experience in power system analysis, Vidhya has contributed to various projects involving load flow studies, harmonic analysis, and transient stability studies while working with leading organizations including POWER PROJECTS and Guidehouse. Vidhya previously served as an Assistant Professor at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, sharing expertise in power system operation and control. Holding a Master’s degree with distinction in Power Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Vidhya has also engaged in significant research related to cable deformation and asset management strategies during their time as a Research Assistant at Universiti Putra Malaysia.
