Julian C. Johnson is the founder and president of Unified Solutions Inc., specializing in structured facilitation and leadership coaching. With a background as a service-disabled combat veteran, Julian has worked with notable clients, including Express Scripts and Wells Fargo, to enhance leadership effectiveness and team dynamics. Currently, Julian serves as a facilitator and coach at UFacilitate and a leadership coach at Fluence, while having previously held positions such as adjunct professor and scrum master. Julian’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science from Brown College and certifications in coaching from the Goal Imagery Institute.
