Shenandoah Weiss

Shenandoah Weiss, PCC, MA, is an executive coach specializing in embodied learning and development, with experience at organizations like Uber and the UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education. Presently, they serve as a leadership coach and trainer at Fluence, while also founding Sculptural Everyday, where they provide coaching services focused on leadership and mindfulness. Shenandoah has held various roles in cultural policy, marketing, and education, including a notable tenure as a Senior Tech Program Manager at Uber, where they developed learning programs and led mindfulness initiatives. They hold an MA in Social Science from the University of Chicago and a BA with Honors from UCLA.
