Patrick Connolly is a seasoned executive in the dental service industry, currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Fluent, where responsibility includes strategy and execution across the provider lifecycle following the acquisition of Delegated DDS. As the Founder and CEO of TalentStream Solutions, Patrick leads the development of tools aimed at enhancing operational compliance and workforce development for Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). Previously, Patrick founded Delegated DDS, pioneering delegated credentialing services tailored for DSOs, and successfully scaled the company before its acquisition by Fluent. Experience also includes significant leadership roles at Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners and Samson Dental Partners, focusing on learning and development, administration, and compliance. Patrick's career began within the insurance services sector at Overland Solutions, where progression to national executive leadership occurred over 17 years. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Instructional Technologies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.
