David Miller

David Miller is the SVP of Technology at Fluent Commerce. David has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, and has held various positions including Development Manager and Senior Developer.

Miller started their career in 2004 as a Linux Engineer at the London School of Economics. David then transitioned to a role as Senior Developer at CareerOne.com.au in 2007, where they successfully delivered a new Content management system, data ingestion and search applications using Java, PHP and Adobe Flex. In 2008, they became the Development Manager at News Digital Media, where they managed several development teams and led the development of several new solutions to support News Corp.'s paid content strategies. David also implemented and enforced best practice version control, build, deploy and testing procedures.

In 2011, Miller joined Fluent Commerce as the SVP of Technology. In this role, they are responsible for leading the technology team and developing innovative solutions to support Fluent Commerce's growth.

David Miller has a computer science degree from the University of Wollongong. David also has advanced training in Postgresql and Oracle PL/SQL from Fujitsu Australia Software Technology and Oracle University, respectively. In addition, they are a certified Scrum Master from ScrumAlliance. Finally, they have also completed a course in Architectures for Enterprise Java Applications from Sun Microsystems.
