Ingrid Bernard

Ingrid Bernard is the Global VP of Client Success at Fluent Commerce. Ingrid has over 18 years of experience in business analytics and customer success. Ingrid has a proven track record in enabling companies to successfully achieve their digital transformation goals.

Prior to joining Fluent Commerce, Ingrid was the Head of Customer Success EMEA & MEE at SAP Hybris, where they led SAP hybris Customer Success teams within 50 countries. Before SAP Hybris, Ingrid was a Global Account Executive at SAS, where they were in charge of Media, press, communication, marketing and services sector.

Ingrid Bernard has a degree in English from The University of Edinburgh, a degree in Biology from Université de Bordeaux, and basic training in NLP from Paul Pyronnet Institut. Ingrid also has a technician's certification in hypnosis from IFHE formations.
