Michael Wholohan has a strong background in solution engineering, customer success management, ecommerce, and business intelligence. Michael currently works as the Head of Solution Engineering - APAC at Fluent Commerce, leading the solution engineering function for the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to that, they served as the Solution Engineering Manager at Fluent Commerce, where they delivered tailored solutions for a diverse range of consumer industries. Wholohan also has experience as a Senior Solution Engineer at Fluent Commerce. Before joining Fluent Commerce, they worked at Salesforce as a Principal Success Manager, where they focused on retail, consumer goods, and B2B commerce customers in the APAC region. Wholohan also held various positions at Coca-Cola Amatil, including Head of Ecommerce & Digital Strategy and Ecommerce Strategy and Execution Manager, where they led the development and execution of digital strategies. Michael started their career at Fairfax Media, where they gained experience in circulation operations and supply management. Michael Wholohan completed their Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) & Information Systems from Australian Catholic University North Sydney from 2003 to 2006. Michael also attended St Patrick's College Strathfield from 1994 to 2001, where they completed their HSC. In addition to their formal education, Michael obtained certifications including Demo2win Certification from 2Win! in 2022, Salesforce Accredited B2B Commerce Administrator from Salesforce in 2019, and Ranger from Salesforce in 2019.
