Tom Scott is a seasoned professional in customer success and coaching, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager EMEA at Fluent Commerce since March 2022. Previously held positions include General Manager - Retail Global and Head of Customer Success at The Retail Hive, along with a role as National Strategic Account Manager at Groupon, where a focus was placed on account management and client relationships.
