Sean Dailey is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Fluent, Inc. since December 2021, Sean is adept at connecting brands with engaged consumers. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager and VP of Culture & Partnerships at Ytel, where Sean focused on team success and customer partnerships. Earlier, Sean held positions as a Senior Executive Recruiter at CyberCoders and Executive Recruiter at Irvine Technology Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in IT recruitment. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from San Diego State University and an Associate's degree from Saddleback College.
