Stephanie McCarthy

Stephanie McCarthy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People at Fluent, Inc. since April 2021, Stephanie leads the Canadian HR function and is a key member of the senior leadership team for Fluent's AdParlor business unit, overseeing various employee life-cycle processes and initiatives. Previous roles include Manager of People and Culture at Simply Group, where Stephanie established HR foundations during a period of growth, and Manager of Talent & Culture at Exiger, focusing on Canadian operations. With a solid educational background from the University of Toronto and George Brown College, Stephanie has successfully designed and executed mentorship programs, led diversity initiatives, and played a pivotal role in developing HR functions across multiple organizations.
