Caley Dow

Caley Dow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caley is currently the Head of Service Delivery at FluentStream since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Redeam as the Director of Product & Account Development from September 2018 to May 2019, and as the Director of Customer Success from October 2017 to September 2018. Before that, they held various roles at Gray Line Worldwide, including Senior Commercial Director from September 2016 to September 2017, Commercial Manager from June 2015 to September 2016, and Customer Engagement Manager from May 2014 to June 2015. Caley also has experience in coaching, serving as a Graduate Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Regis University from May 2012 to May 2014 and as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Boulder High School from August 2010 to May 2011. Caley started their career as a Student-Athlete at the University of Colorado at Boulder from June 2005 to July 2008. Additionally, Caley has a background in program management, having served as the School Age Programming Director at YMCA of Boulder Valley from April 2009 to August 2011.

Caley Dow completed their Bachelor's degree in International Spanish for the Professions, Economics, and Business at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Management at Regis University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014.
