Mark Greeley

Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering & Design at FluentStream

Mark Greeley's work experience begins in 2005 at GlobalPhone Corp., where they started as a Customer Support/Agent Support Manager. Mark later became the Director of Provisioning/Operations, responsible for managing provisioning processes and maintaining relationships with vendors.

In 2020, Mark joined FluentStream as a Program Strategist. Mark then served as a Migrations Manager before becoming the Manager of Implementation Services. In this role, they led a team of implementation and configuration coordinators, helping integrate new and acquired customers onto the FluentStream platform. Mark focused on improving implementation, logistics, and porting processes as the company grew and formed strategic partnerships.

Most recently, Mark has been the Senior Manager of Implementation Services at FluentStream. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering & Design.

Mark Greeley attended Virginia Tech from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Performance, specializing in General Music Performance. After completing their undergraduate studies, Mark went on to pursue further education at the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music from 1998 to 2000. During this time, they earned a Master of Music degree in Clarinet Performance. Mark's academic journey culminated at Florida State University, where they attended from 2000 to 2003. Here, they obtained their Doctor of Musical Arts degree, focusing on Clarinet Performance.
