Thomas Overgaard has a diverse work experience in various roles within marketing and project management. Thomas is currently the Head of Campaigns at Flügger group A/S, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Marketing Project Lead at the same company from 2021 to 2022. Before joining Flügger group A/S, Thomas worked at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics as a Nordic Digital Traffic Manager from 2021 to 2021, and as a Digital Marketing professional from 2017 to 2021. Thomas also gained experience at Carat Denmark, where they worked as a Digital Client Manager from 2016 to 2021. In addition, Thomas worked as a Digital Consultant and Digital Associate at Carat Denmark from 2015 to 2016. Thomas started their career at Take Offer as a Student Assistant and Project Manager from 2012 to 2015. Thomas also interned at MEC Beijing in 2014.

Thomas Overgaard began their education journey in 2009 at the Den Kongelige Livgarde, where they pursued a degree in Garder. After completing their studies there in 2010, they moved on to Copenhagen Business School. At the university, Thomas pursued a BA in Intercultural Marketing Communications from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they continued their education at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a degree in Cand.merc Brand and Communications Management, which they studied from 2013 to 2015.
