Leon Hogg

Leon Hogg MBA currently serves as the Director and General Manager for the UK Retail division at Fluiconnecto, responsible for driving growth, integrating acquisitions, and fostering a safe and inclusive work environment. Prior to this role, Leon held the position of General Manager UK at Graco, supporting strategic growth initiatives for a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees. Leon's career began as an Electrical Engineer and progressed through various sales and management roles at SES (now Pangborn Corporation), ITW, and Gema Switzerland, where significant sales achievements were recorded. Leon Hogg holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and is currently pursuing a Senior Leadership Program with the Chartered Management Institute.
