Petr Cechak is a seasoned operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing, finance, engineering, and supply chain management. They have held multiple plant management positions, including at UFI Filters Group and Cooper Standard, where they demonstrated full P&L responsibility and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Europe Operations Director at Fluiconnecto, Petr drives efficiency and lean initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Technology from the Technical University of Brno, they specialize in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, contributing to a strong culture of continuous improvement throughout their career.
