Fridolin Okkels

Fridolin Okkels is the Dir. CTO, Co-founder, and Owner of Fluidan ApS since October 2014, bringing extensive experience in microfluidics and theoretical modeling. Prior to this, Okkels served as an Associate Professor and Head of Theoretical Microsystems Optimization group at DTU Nanotech from September 2003 to December 2014. Okkels contributed to theoretical models as a Postdoc at MMN, ESPCI, Paris from November 2001 to May 2003 and had a guest visit at the University of Illinois in 2002. Educational credentials include a PhD in Physics and a Master's degree in Physics with a B.Sc in Mathematics from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where Okkels studied from 1991 to 2001, alongside completing the Studentereksamen in Mathematics and Music at Aurehøj Gymnasium from 1988 to 1991.
