Andrew Lee

Head of Bioprinting at FluidForm

Andrew Lee has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Andrew began as a Summer Research Intern at the Veterans Affair Long Beach Hospital in 2009. Andrew then moved to the University of California San Diego as an Undergraduate Researcher in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Cellular Transfection R&D Intern at Life Technologies and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Distributed Health Labs. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at NeuroGeneration. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University. Andrew currently works as the Head of Bioprinting at FluidForm.

Andrew Lee received their Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering: Biotechnology from UC San Diego in 2014, following their graduation from Gretchen Whitney High School in 2010. Andrew then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, which they completed in 2019.
