Mary founded and served as the President of Meridian Financial Services, where they provided a wide range of accounting services to individuals, small businesses, and start-up corporations. Mary'sfocus was on building a strong financial foundation for their clients and ensuring that CEOs understood their finances.

In 2012, Mary Hirtle established their own firm, Mary Hirtle, CPA, LLC, where they specialized in tax preparation and consulting services for individuals and various types of businesses.

Throughout their career, Mary has also worked as an accounting consultant for multiple companies including Zingeroo, Inc., Wisyl, Cabinet, Emanate Biomedical, FluidForm, PureStake, and Apnimed. Additionally, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for Tapple.

Mary Hirtle obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Salem State College between 1992 and 1996. Mary then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Curry College between 2010 and 2012.
