Hemant Patel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hemant started their career as a Graduate Trainee/Finance Analyst at AWE in 1997 and then moved on to Rank Group, where they worked as a Management Accountant from 2000 to 2004. Hemant then spent several years at Cable & Wireless, taking on various roles including Finance Manager, Finance Partner, Head of Finance, and Acquisition & Integration Manager. In 2010, Hemant worked at Vodafone as a Project/Commercial Manager (Interim) until 2013 when they joined E.ON UK as a Finance Manager (Interim) for a brief period. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Director of Decision Support and FPR&A at Maintel, playing a key role in stabilizing and refocusing the business. Finally, Hemant joined FluidOne as the CFO in 2017 to support the company's growth journey and secure investment for the management team.

Hemant Patel completed their education in Accountancy Studies from The University of Huddersfield from 1993 to 1996.
