Ana currently serves as HRBP for Northern & Eastern Europe at Fluidra, having joined in November 2023. Ana previously worked as an HR Generalist in People & Culture at Enreach ES from June 2021 to November 2023, overseeing the full life cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist focused on talent acquisition at Ferchau Spain S.L.U. and as an HR Consultant at Adecco. Ana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and has multiple degrees in Psychology from Universidad de Oviedo and Universitat de Barcelona, as well as international study experience through Erasmus at Ghent University.
