Andrew Wells

Andrew Wells, P.E. is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Data Center Construction at Fluidstack since October 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew held several key positions at Tesla, including Sr. Manager of Construction Operations, where responsibilities included leading the South Expansion/Cortex Datacenter project and managing a team of over 65 construction managers and superintendents. Andrew's career also includes significant roles at Amazon as Sr. Construction Manager and Startup Project Manager, and as Founder at Revision Technologies, focusing on automated equity and commodity futures analysis. Previous project management experience includes work at IHI E&C International Corporation on the Elba Island Liquefaction Project, as well as engineering roles at SNC-Lavalin and CB&I. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
