Mike McDonald

Mike McDonald currently serves as the VP of Product at FluidStack, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Mike was the Director of Product Management at Crusoe from February 2022 to November 2024, focusing on aligning computing with climate initiatives by utilizing clean energy for high-performance data centers. Mike held various product management roles at companies such as GitHub, where significant contributions included developing Codespaces and enhancing compliance frameworks, and Google, where responsibilities included managing APIs for serverless compute products. In addition to industry roles, Mike has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Professor of Computer Science at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where a new course on product management was developed. Mike's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, obtained in 2014.
