Pierre V.

Pierre V. is the Chief Executive Officer of Fluitec, where they lead a company that partners with heavy-industry clients to extend oil life, reduce CO₂e, and co-brand lubrication solutions with ExxonMobil. They joined Fluitec in 2009 and became CEO in 2017, having previously served as General Manager APAC (2011–2017) and as Director of Sales & Business Development. They also serve as a board member of Waterman Ventures since 2009. Their education includes a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (Nuclear Engineering) from ISIB Bruxelles (cum laude) and an MBA from IESE Business School (2007–2009); they are currently pursuing the Foundations of Scaling program at IESE (2024–2025). They are Belgian-born and trilingual, and recharge by skiing, surfing, and exploring with their family.
