Jay Toadvine

Jay Toadvine is the Vice President of Corporate Risk at Fluor Corporation, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as an Executive Director at Fluor Corporation from 1985 to 2017, where they held various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Transmission Engineering and Construction and Business Line Director for Federal Facilities & Homeland Security. Jay began their career as Operations Director at CityLink Telecommunications from 1998 to 2002. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University between 1981 and 1984, and are currently pursuing degrees at James M Bennett and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
