Steve Dobson

Steve Dobson is a senior leader in the chemicals and high-tech materials industry, with extensive experience serving as a Non-Executive Director, Board Advisor, and Trustee. After retiring in 2021 as Head of the Electronics Business at a €10B chemicals company, Dobson returned to the UK and now holds various part-time positions, including roles with Descycle Ltd, Fluorok Ltd, and Nexeon Ltd. An accomplished Chartered Engineer and Chartered Scientist, Dobson also engages in educational initiatives, serving as a Trustee at the University of Chester and a Mentor for the Royal Society of Chemistry's Venture Mentoring Program. With an international background in multiple business cultures, Dobson continues to contribute to the field through involvement in governance and advisory roles.
