Luca Pala is the Chief Research & Development Officer at Fluorsid, where they coordinate numerous research projects focused on sustainability and circular economy principles. They began their career at Fluorsid in 2006 as a laboratory manager and rapidly advanced to the role of Laboratory and R&D Director in 2019, eventually assuming the Chief R&D Officer position in December 2021. Luca holds a PhD in Chemistry and a degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Cagliari, where their academic journey laid the foundation for their expertise in sustainable innovation, inorganic chemistry, and industrial chemistry. Passionate about exploring new challenges, Luca also enjoys running and traveling, which enriches their perspective on diverse cultures and values.
