Robert Grossman

Robert Grossman serves as the Frederick H. Rawson Professor in Medicine and Computer Science at the University of Chicago, where Robert also holds positions as Chief Research Informatics Officer for the Biological Sciences Division and Jim and Karen Frank Director of the Center for Translational Data Science. Additional roles include Chair of the Open Commons Consortium, Partner at Analytic Strategy Partners LLC, and Founder and Managing Partner of Open Data Group. Grossman’s academic background includes directorship of the National Center for Data Mining at the University of Illinois at Chicago and teaching at the Booth School of Business. With a foundational education from Harvard University and Princeton University in mathematics, Grossman's work has significantly influenced predictive modeling and data analytics in various sectors.
